Becoming a great leader involves embodying a unique blend of qualities and skills that inspire and guide a team or organisation towards success. Ultimately, great leadership is about empowering and uplifting those around you to reach their full potential while achieving common goals.

Becoming a great leader is a continuous journey that requires self-awareness, dedication, and the ability to inspire and guide others. Here are five tips to help you define and become a great leader:
- Self-awareness: Understand your strengths, weaknesses, values, and beliefs. Self-awareness is the foundation of effective leadership. It helps you make informed decisions, build strong relationships, and adapt your leadership style to the needs of your team and organisation. Regularly assess your skills, seek feedback from others, and be open to personal growth and improvement.
- Lead by example: Great leaders set the standard by demonstrating the behavior, work ethic, and attitude they expect from their team. Your actions speak louder than words. Be a role model, show integrity, and uphold the values you want your team to embrace. Consistency in your behavior and decisions will earn the respect and trust of your team.
